Couple years back, the way to get away from office hassle is to hind in the bookstores. With internet shopping and Amazon expansion, we lost Border totally and B&N is shrinking as well. We really miss the adventures of browsing through the book jungle. The only place we could find is back to city, to this unique place: Book of Wonder.

Thanksgiving Mystery

It is time to celebrate Thanksgiving with my side of families. My Super Aunt Sophie was preparing 20 people meals starting 7 days before the date. The bird on the Thanksgiving dinner table was not a turkey but a goose which is a traditional entry shown in Chinese banquet. It took Auntie seven days to prepare this bird. It was so delicious beyond descriptions. However, no one could figure out why there were two tangerines inside the bird. Trust me, this is definitely NOT Chinese or Taiwanese way. This is pure creation from my Super Aunt.

The Street was hit shot waves after another. People on the Street just dust them off and keep fighting against the current. It will be up to generations beyond to give these Street Fighters proper justifications. However, it is this mighty persistences and energy that push the civilization engine.

When first came to New York City, it was hard to image to see Hudson River from east of Broadway.

Yesterday, I felt so lost when starring at this bright blue sky because the old world I used to know all fall apart.

Today, I saw a new hope growing on the horizons. Let's do it better this time for our lost love ones and our futures..

There are four friends from different areas leaving the firm in the same week. They all have worked in the same company either, 5, 6, or 10 years. Seeing those to be empty seats, I feel so sorry for our lost for such great talents while I wish my friends the best to pursue their happiness.

Sometimes, I took friends for granted. In reality, good friends and good colleges are equally precious good lovers. At the end, we are only human being.

Walking around Wall Street area during the lunch break, I found an artist inviting me to write something on his artwork by asking me to write anything to Lloyd if I have ever chances to say to him

It is very complex feelings when asked on the spot. His name will be in the history for sure. What should I ask? What should I write on the board? Within seconds, I wrote down the following to be politically correct - What is your "China" Policy?

It's mother's day. However, my big baby was not in the good mood for any reasons. Walking in the zoo, I am trying to wear down her moodiness by focusing on some routine stuff. I wondered if I have been ignoring all my frustrations and disappointments by focusing all the rational reactions. When bearing no more, I just hide in the private corners and cried it over to collect myself.

Live goes on no matter we like it or not. We can take a break to feel our own feeling and then move on. There is always something else that we can look forward. As a mother, I can slow down and wait for my girls ad ensure they are able to move on...
